Cities are dynamic environments, constantly responding to changes in public policy; evolving social issues; shifting demographics; political imperatives; and environmental events and trends. Often cities face challenges for which they are not prepared, demanding responses that not been tested.

The Bruner Loeb Forum has responded to unique situations in cities across the country by applying the experience of Loeb Fellows and Rudy Bruner Award winners to the problems at hand. These Forums have helped cities across the country understand the tools that are available to them, and have helped guide policy makers and other key stakeholders in considering innovative solutions to their most pressing urban issues.
